The Observatory occupies a unique position on a ridge in Kings Beach, affording spectacular views to the south over Pumicestone Passage and Bribie Island and to the north over Moffat Beach, up to Point Cartwright and Mooloolaba.

Featuring 34 luxury apartments, 3 Sub Penthouse Skyhomes and 2 Penthouses all of Observatory’s apartments have been designed to ensure they take advantage of the two stunning aspects. The signature design element of the Observatory’s architecture is the graceful piloti pillars at the ground level of the building that form the base for the elliptical columns running up the building’s facade.
